Goods Damaged in Transit
If your item has been damaged in the post, please return the item (postage will be refunded), and a new item will be dispatched.
Returning Goods
If you return your goods UNOPENED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION within the 10 day purchase period, we will exchange it or refund your money.
We can not return any bespoke or handmade items unless faulty. If this is the case, the item should be returned (postage will be refunded) and the fault rectified.
